[bug] chrome extension recording issue

- i have chrome extension installed on my mac.
- i record the whole screen
- seemingly the recording starts.
- when i want to stop the recording and save it, the buttons do not work.
this issue has been there for a long time.... very frustrating... after a long time of recording i end up with no recording and i need to start from scratch... i think the fix is not to use the chrome extension?

Could you provide me with the following elements of context?
- Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the extension?
- Which buttons do not work? The stop button from the extension widget to stop the recording? The save button in the modal?
- What is the button state? (disabled? frozen?)
I'm happy to jump in a call to understand more about your problem, as we never heard about a similar issue.
